Step 1
Initial Acceptance Documents
These documents are required to submit your application and receive an initial admission offer.
Passport Photo
Recent passport-sized photo with white background.
High School Certificate
Certified copy of your high school certificate or transcript.
Birth Certificate
Official birth certificate — original or certified copy.
National ID / Passport Copy
Valid national ID or a clear copy of your passport.
Translation Requirement
All documents not originally in Arabic must be officially translated by a certified translator, bound together, and stamped. Shatnawi Education coordinates this process on your behalf.
Step 2
Final Acceptance Documents
Once your initial offer is confirmed, the following documents finalise enrollment.
- Original certified high school certificate (authenticated: your country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs → Jordanian Embassy → Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
- Passport copy (valid, clear, all pages).
- Birth certificate (original or certified copy).
- National ID card (or equivalent government-issued photo ID).
- 2 personal passport-sized photos (white background).
- Proof of fee payment for the unified admission application.
