Overview

Funded by the U.S. Department of State through the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), the Tomorrow's Leaders Program offers undergraduate scholarships and leadership training to highly motivated students from the MENA region. Scholars study at the American University of Beirut (AUB), the American University in Cairo (AUC), or the Lebanese American University (LAU), complete internships, community service, and leadership workshops, and may study abroad in the United States for a semester. Graduates join a network of over 1,900 alumni across the region.

Eligibility Requirements

Citizen of an eligible MENA country/territory: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, West Bank/Gaza, or Yemen; strong academic record and leadership motivation; TOEFL/IELTS not required at application (shortlisted candidates are assisted to take the TOEFL)
