Overview
The Eric Bleumink Fund (EBF) scholarship is awarded by the University of Groningen in the Netherlands to excellent students from developing countries pursuing master's programs. Named after the former rector of the university, it is awarded to a small number of top-performing international candidates each year. The University of Groningen, founded in 1614, is one of Europe's oldest and most distinguished universities, offering over 100 English-taught master's programs.
Eligibility Requirements
Citizen of a developing country (DAC list); bachelor's degree with excellent results (typically first class/distinction); admitted to an eligible University of Groningen master's program; not currently living in the Netherlands; English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 90+)
