What is Tawjihi Equivalency?

International school students who wish to enter a Jordanian university or obtain professional licenses in Jordan need to "equate" their international certificate as a substitute for the national Tawjihi exam. Jordan's Ministry of Higher Education accepts combinations of ACT, AP, and SAT tests for this equivalency across 6 official pathways.

University Admission

Required for Jordanian public and private universities

Professional Licensing

Required for engineering, medicine, law and other professions
